As the COVID-19 situation escalates and our opportunity to ‘flatten the curve’ is now, we are instructing staff to work remotely from home effective today – March 19, 2020 – until further notice. This is an essential step for the health and safety of our people, clients and community.
We assure our clients that we have tested and are utilizing our technology tools to effectively connect with team members and clients. Our team can and does operate effectively from any location. While this may impact response times and other functions in a minor way, we are confident we will continue to deliver the highest level of service to our clients while we work remotely.
In this unprecedented situation, we follow the advice of medical experts and government officials, making decisions with caution and for the best interest of our people and clients. We will continue to review and adjust our COVID-19 response strategies and policies on a daily basis, monitoring updates and recommendations from the public health authorities.
We know this is a difficult time for many and our team is here to guide and support you. It’s important we support each other and our clients. The ticketing system will become very important, as well.
